How Much Weight Can I Lose On The Metabolic Balance® Program?

Effective weight loss depends on many factors. Individual results may vary and depend greatly on how much you adhere to the weight loss plan. In clinical studies of Metabolic Balance® Program participants, the average weight loss was 7% at 6 months and 17% at 12 months. The longer you are on the program, the more weight you will lose.

How Long Does It Take To See Results?

You will notice changes within days of starting the all-natural nutrition program and should expect to see the full effects within 4-6 weeks. It's important to stick with the whole program (including the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off) to get the best results possible! Can I Drink Alcohol While On The Metabolic Balance® Program?

We recommend that you avoid alcohol while on the Metabolic Balance® program. Alcohol can interfere with weight loss and disrupt the hormone balance that we are trying to achieve with the holistic eating plan.

I’m Vegetarian – Can I Still Do The Metabolic Balance® Program?

Yes! At The New Me, we have successfully worked with many vegetarians. We will work with you to find lighter protein options that provide all of the nutrients your body needs to be successful in the program.

How Much Weight Do You Lose On Metabolic Balance®?
